Wake Up With Strength & Conditioning Classes

Jumpstart your day with our morning Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning classes. The class is taught by Christine Alfano. She will have you swinging kettlebells, building strength and running speed and agility drills all before the day begins.
First class is free! If you had fun and want to continue, you have the following options:
- Unlimited: $150 for a month of unlimited classes
- Monthly: $80 a month for ONE class a week
- Drop-in: $20 a class
If you refer a friend and they sign up, you will receive a discount off of your monthly rate!

Wednesday Evening Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning Class
When: Wednesday
Time: 7pm – 8pm
Duration: on going
Join us for a fun class that incorporates kettlebells, body weight exercises, lifting weights and conditioning exercises.
The price for the class is $80 for six weeks or $15 drop-in price.
We encourage you to refer new people to us! They have nothing to lose because their first class is free!
