As a lifelong athlete, dancer, collegiate gymnast and gymnastics coach I have always been interested in strength and movement. Kettlebells allow me to seamlessly integrate both of those passions. I am a personal trainer and class instructor and I thoroughly enjoy helping people move more efficiently and better. From young athletes to the older population I enjoy using all the tools I have learned over the years to help my students. Being a grandmother, full time payroll administrator, recreational coed soccer player and over 50 also helps to give me a different perspective on all that I do. I understand the want/need to be able to achieve your goals while juggling many plates.
