Josh Halbert has been a lifelong martial arts and combative sports athlete. His athletic pursuits have included tai jitsu, Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, and wrestling. Josh looks at health as a holistic system. This system is comprised of different independent parts including lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, physical training, mind set, and recovery. Proper management of these parts facilitates one to achieve their full human potential. Josh is particularly interested in proper adaptation of human movement to all of life’s activities.
